Order Processing

All orders placed on www.carnot.online are processed and dispatched from our facility in Bangalore, India.

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp along with a tracking link to monitor the shipment.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • South India: 3–5 working days after dispatch
  • Rest of India: 4–10 working days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Carnot will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.

From time to time, Carnot may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or during promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can track the shipment using the tracking link sent via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts to successfully deliver your order.

If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, Carnot reserves the right to cancel the order or charge re-shipping fees for re-dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across India.

For COD orders, customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid order cancellation.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in temporary restriction of COD services for future orders.

Shipping Partners

Carnot works with reliable national courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

The specific courier partner may vary depending on delivery location and service availability.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.

Carnot shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
