Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Carnot, operated by Singal Fabrics. We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the return and refund terms are outlined below.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The original tag loop must remain attached and untampered
- The item must be returned with its original packaging
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The tag loop is removed or tampered with
- The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- The return request is raised after the return window has expired
Customers can initiate returns through the Return Portal available on our website.
Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 15 days of delivery.
Conditions for replacement:
- Product must be in unused condition with tag loop attached
- Issue must be reported through the Return Portal or customer support
Once the request is approved, Carnot will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Visit the Return Portal on our website
- Enter your order details
- Submit your return or replacement request
Once approved:
- Our courier partner may arrange pickup from your address, or
- You may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse if pickup is unavailable.
Refund Process
Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection at our warehouse.
Refund timelines:
Prepaid Orders
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Products without original tag loop attached
- Products showing signs of use or washing
- Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
Return Shipping
For approved returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Carnot will arrange return pickup at no additional cost.
For other eligible returns, Carnot reserves the right to determine the applicable return logistics.
