Returns

  • Returns are accepted within the 15 days from the time of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only if the tagloop is in good condition.
  • Items must be in original condition with tagloop attached.
  • Returns are not accepted if the tagloop is tampered.

Replacements

  • Get a replacement for defective or damaged items within 15 days working days from the time of delivery.
  • We'll send a new item at no additional cost.
  • Replacements accepted only if the tagloop is attached and in good condition.
  • Contact our customer care for confirmation of your replacements.
